The 2009/2010
Extra Man Club will be transitioning the Extra Man Club leadership over to other parents as the
new season progresses.
These committees will
coordinate activities as identified by the Head Coach and the Extra Man Club
Liaison. A preliminary budget has been
developed for each committee and will be discussed with each chairperson.
The success of the
Extra Man Club will be achieved by having an active parent group. The chairperson for each
committee will not be responsible for performing all the activities associated
with their committee, parents will need to volunteer and assist in completing
activities.
See our
volunteer page
to coordinate post-game food for games. It is very simple:
Post-game Food
- Provide food after every scrimmage & game.
Sandwiches or pizza or homemade food, fruit, Gatorade & water. There
are many local eateries to order from and local grocery stores to shop at.
Just pick up the food and bring it to the game.
Fall
Roster - 48 players and 10 staff. A couple of phone calls and
a little set up/clean up. The tables are provided. There’s a $200 reimbursement
this year (receipts
required).
Home
Games - Parents volunteer to provide food after the game -
prepared, delivered,
or homemade.
Away
Games - Booster parents in the area, alumni, or volunteers coordinate and
help with food arrangements.
Just give or
send your receipts to John Fowler our treasurer. It is very easy to
coordinate even from out of state. Our
experienced parents will be glad to give helpful tips to the new parents.
